Cryer committed most of his senior season to Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels, but a late offer from Brad Davis and the LSU football staff changed his thought process.
Cryer, a player who dreamed of playing in Death Valley, quickly withdrew his commitment to the Rebels and transferred to the LSU Tigers.
Now, after a short stint in Baton Rouge, Cryer is headed elsewhere to play the 2024 season at Southern Miss.
