The home team did its job last night, with the Cavaliers, Knicks, and Nuggets all winning, moving up 2-0 in their respective series. The Knicks needed a wild finish, starting with a lucky 3-pointer from Jalen Brunson, followed by a steal, a scramble and a go-ahead 3-pointer from Donte DiVincenzo in the closing seconds. Madison Square Garden went wild, and the Knicks left the court with a 104-101 victory over the 76ers.
In the nightcap, the Nuggets trailed the Lakers for most of the night as LeBron James was great on both ends of the court. However, LeBron's effort wasn't enough, and the Nuggets came back from a 20-point deficit in the second half to win 101-99 on Jamal Murray's buzzer-beater.
Three more games are scheduled for Tuesday, with Game 2 between the Suns vs. Timberwolves, Pacers vs. Bucks, and Mavs vs. Clippers.
Here's everything you need to know to watch or stream the NBA Playoffs.
How to watch the NBA Playoffs
The NBA Playoffs are broadcast on four channels: ABC, ESPN, TNT, and NBA TV. You can watch the game using your cable subscription or live TV streaming service.
Three of the five major services offer all four channels. Hulu, which has live TV, doesn't have NBA TV and only shows a few playoff games. Fubo doesn't have TNT to show for the majority of the NBA playoffs, making Fubo a poor choice for his fans. You can also watch his TNT broadcasts of his playoff games with Max.
