Spring football for the Florida State Seminoles has ended. That means the program is expected to see some attrition in the coming weeks during his 15 days of spring on the NCAA Transfer Portal. The Seminoles would need to release at least four players to reach the 85-man scholarship limit, and likely more.

Jacobs also had a season-long 28-yard gain in the final home game against North Alabama.
Jacobs originally signed with the Seminoles as a four-star prospect in #Tribe23. He was one of the rising stars in spring practice a year ago until a lingering injury plagued him all season.
Even with his departure, FSU still has 12 scholarship wide receivers. Redshirt senior Kentron Poitier, redshirt senior Jaqui Douglas, redshirt senior Darrion Williamson, redshirt senior Deuce Spann, redshirt senior Malik Benson, sophomore Hykeem Williams, sophomore Destin Hill, red Shirt freshman Jaylen Brown, freshman BJ Gibson, freshman Camdon Fryer, freshman Rawayne McCoy and freshman Elijah Moore.
As of now, Florida State has three two-scholarship players entering the portal this spring. Jacobs, cornerback Greedy Vance and wide receiver Joshua Burrell. The Seminoles are currently projected to have 88/85 scholarships.
