Hype Surrounding Something Worth Noting Amit Errol This Olympic cycle has been exciting as she will be competing for an Olympic spot in the 68kg from her traditional 72kg weight class. Eloa has won two previous senior world titles in the 72kg weight class, is undefeated in her senior-level career, and has established herself as the clear favorite in State College.
The 20-year-old phenom from Walnut Creek, California, has won eight UWW world titles in all-age freestyle wrestling, including two senior world gold medals, two U23 world gold medals, three U20 world gold medals, and U17 world gold. She is the youngest American wrestler to win a senior world title at age 18 in 2022.
Errol dropped her weight to 68 kg in early February and won the Pan American Olympic Qualifying Wrestle-Off with an 8-0 win over two-time World Championship medalist Mallory Verte. She maintained her undefeated streak at the Pan American Olympic Trials in Acapulco, Mexico, qualifying for her weight class at the Paris Olympics. By qualifying in this weight class, Elor automatically advances to the best-of-three championship series scheduled for Saturday night at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Since stepping up to the Team USA age-group scene, Errol has only one loss on his record at the U17, U20, U23 and Senior levels. She lost a 3-1 decision to Japan's Honoka Nakai in the 2019 U17 World Championship semifinals. She is currently on an incredible 80-game winning streak.
2021 Senior World Bronze Medalist forest molinari He is the most experienced star in the field of challenge tournaments and has the best chance of pushing Yroll to an Olympic berth. A three-time selection to the Senior World Team, Molinari won the 2023 Pan American Games and also won three gold medals at the Pan American Championships. Molinari plans to pursue mixed martial arts, but first he wants to win an Olympic medal.
Another potential candidate who has the potential to emerge from the challenge field is Alexandria Glaude, 2018 U23 World Championship bronze medalist, 2019 Final X finalist, and three-time collegiate national champion at McKendree University. Glaude has won senior Pan American and US Open titles in the past.
Molinari has a 5-0 record against Glaude, their last meeting being in the 2023 U.S. Open final. Molinari won the match by fall in 4 minutes, 21 seconds. Neither Molinari nor Glaude have faced Errol in a competitive setting, so a little intrigue should get them to the Championship Series.

Boyd won the NCWWC title at McKendree, Pearcy won the NAIA title at Menlo and Albrecht won the NAIA title at Baker. Boyd was named to four age-group world teams and won two age-group world medals.
