philips (Great Valley High School, Malvern, Pennsylvania) He joins the Hokies after spending the 2023 season at Temple as the football video coordinator, assisting the coaching staff and players with their daily video needs. Prior to his time at Temple, Phillips spent the 2022 season at Clemson as a coaching video graduate assistant. During his time at Clemson, the Tigers won the ACC Championship and played in the Orange Bowl.
Phillips served as video manager at Penn State from 2018 to 2021, working with coach Pry and staff. During his time with the Nittany Lions, the team earned trips to the Cotton Bowl, Citrus Bowl, and Outback Bowl.
Phillips is a Pennsylvania native and graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in special education and teacher certification. He is working toward a master's degree in sports leadership.

Prior to his time at Central Florida in 2022, Eller served in the same role at the University of Charlotte, where he managed day-to-day recruiting operations, including travel and scheduling all trips. She also participated in onboarding for new athletes and coordinated the recruiting budget.

Rosenboro (Tennessee High School, Bristol, Tennessee) He comes to Blacksburg after serving as director of football administration at Morehead State University last season. Prior to his time at Morehead, Rosenboro gained valuable experience as an operations and programming intern with both the Seattle Seahawks (2022) and Portland Trail Blazers (2021-2022). Rosenboro, a native of Bristol, Tenn., played football at Emory & Henry College and appeared in 37 games for the Wasps. He earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from the school in 2020.
vergara (Benedict College Preparatory School, Chesterfield, Virginia) He comes to Tech after spending the past year as a football operations intern at The 33rd Team website. The Virginia native spent nearly two years at NFL Films as a football analytics intern and production associate, studying the personnel and plans of all 32 NFL clubs to understand team strategy.
Vergara will spend the 2022 football season as a recruiting operations assistant at the University of Richmond, where his responsibilities will include scouting, film evaluation, and assisting with recruiting prospects, as well as building and tracking recruiting committees for all classes.
