LOWELL – Another veteran defenseman is scheduled to join the University of Massachusetts Lowell hockey program for the 2024-25 season.
After entering the NCAA transfer portal after four seasons at Holy Cross, Jack Robilotti has decided to play his fifth season at UML.
The 6-3, 194-pound New York native appeared in 125 games at Holy Cross. He is coming off a season in which he had three goals and six assists in 35 games. Throughout his Crusader career, he recorded six goals and 11 assists.
The physical defender recorded 153 penalty minutes. UML's defense will be much older than it was last winter. Former Colgate defensemen Nick Anderson (132 career games) and Pearson Brandon (125 career games) have also opted to spend their post-grad seasons as Riverhawks.
Forward Owen Fowler (Maine State) and defenseman Gabe Blanchard (Sacred Heart) entered the transfer portal and have found homes for next season. Still in the portal from last season's UML team are goaltender Luke Pavicic and defensemen Bradan Engham, Ben Brunette, Adam Cardona and Mark Cooper.

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Sophomore Brady Hunt (Billerica) has been named Plymouth State University's Male Athlete of the Month for the month of March for his consistent impact on the lacrosse world.
Hunt piled up 23 points with 14 goals and nine assists, leading the men's team in scoring at least two points per game. He also recorded 14 ground balls, two of which resulted in turnovers and one was a game-winner. Hunt boasted a shooting percentage of .395 and a shooting percentage of .614, contributing to the team's 4-4 record.
He got off to a strong start to the month, recording a hat trick and an assist in PSU's first home game, a close 9-8 double overtime win against Curry College. Plymouth State started with a 2-1 lead at the end of the first quarter, but Curry took the lead in the second quarter and Hunt scored his first goal of the day on a man-up to take the lead back to 3-2. With the score tied at 5-5 in the third, Hunt made a feed toward the basket for a 6-5 lead.
Hunt currently ranks eighth in the Little East Conference (LEC) with 30 points and ranks in the top 20 with 3.0 points per game.
