South Carolina football landed its second commitment for the 2025 freshman class on Tuesday.
Three-star receiver Brian Rowe announced his commitment to the Gamecocks on Tuesday via X, formerly known as Twitter. “Everyone is like family there and I know I can really help the team,” Lowe, who attends Jay M. Robinson High School in Concord, North Carolina, told GamecockCentral.

The 6-foot receiver chose South Carolina over a list of offers that included Pitt, Miami, Cincinnati, Maryland and West Virginia. He is the No. 447 player nationally and the No. 64 receiver in his class, according to 247Sports' composite rankings.
Lowe joins fellow receiver Jaden Sellers as the Gamecocks' only commitments through 2025.

South Carolina 247 Recruit Rankings
With Lowe's commitment, the Gamecocks now have two hard commitments for the 2025 recruiting class, including fellow three-star receiver Jaden Sellers. The Florence, South Carolina, native is ranked No. 584 in the nation and is also the No. 92 receiver and No. 9 player in South Carolina.
That effort ranks South Carolina's recruiting class No. 57 in the nation, according to the 247Sports Composite.
