Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Another cluster of storms will cross the area late this evening bringing up to another inch of rain. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Anthony Creek, Allen Creek, Beckner Branch, Adair Run, Barbours Creek, Back Creek, Back Run, Beaver Branch and Beaver Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
