Fundora was already set to face former sparring partner Serhiy Bokhatyuk, but was then promoted to the main event to face Tse for the WBO and WBC super welterweight titles.
The American poses a unique challenge for Tszyu, as the two men have a staggering 23cm height difference.
However, given that Tszyu's trademark is ripping body shots, he could pose a danger to Fundora.
The card will also feature Australian middleweight star Michael Zerafa, who will face Erislandy Lara for the WBA middleweight title.
Obliged to be a challenger for the title, Zerafa perseveres and competes against the clock despite countless setbacks outside the ring, aiming to win his first world championship.

It will be Tshi's first fight in Sin City, but not his first in the United States since defeating Terrell Gaucha in Minnesota in 2022.
