Legendary boxer Mike Tyson was recently stopped by security as he entered the Miami Open quarterfinal venue. Tyson was not allowed to enter the venue until the fight was called off.
He appeared at the Victoria Azarenka vs. Yulia Putintseva match in Miami Gardens, Florida.
The 57-year-old reportedly tried to return to his seat during the match. According to regulations, spectators are not allowed to leave their seats or move until the match is interrupted.
That is understood to be why security did not let Tyson return to his seat.

Azarenka won a thrilling first set in a tiebreak, then saved three set points. However, Putintseva came back and won the second set 6-1 to decide the match.
However, Azarenka won the final set 6-3 and qualified for the Miami Open semifinals.
The fight between Azarenka and Yulia Putintseva is 3-0 after Azarenka won in Miami.
Azarenka has won 14 of her 19 matches so far in 2024.
In the post-match press conference, Azarenka said that she was very happy with her performance.
“I was excited. I'm very happy with today's win. Yeah, it's good to come back at the end of the tournament and that's my job, so yeah, I'm really happy to get through,” she said. he told reporters.
Azarenka started her campaign by defeating Peyton Sterns 7-5, 3-6, 6-4 in the second round. She then defeated seventh seed Zheng Qinwen 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the fourth round. She defeated Katie Boulter 7-5, 6-1 and then Yulia Putintseva in the quarterfinals.
She will face fourth-seeded Elena Rybakina or eighth-seeded Maria Sakkari in the semifinals.
Azarenka will be in her second semifinal of the year.
She made her first semi-final appearance at the Brisbane International earlier this year, but lost to Aryna Sabalenka. The Belarusian had booked a place in the quarterfinals of the Qatar Open, but she lost to Iga Swiatek.
