11. A fighter threw up blue bile during a match.

Kwajuan Mensah really should see a doctor. The amateur mixed martial artist vomited a blue substance onto the mat while competing in a match at DCS 91: Spring Brawl 2024. He was fighting the oncoming Zack Ross Williams at that moment, but turned around as soon as the vomit came out. Interestingly, the puke moment occurred after Mensah tapped out Ross Williams with a blow. The fight lasted only 1 minute and 28 seconds. He's never going to live in the moment.
10. Igor Severino is disqualified for biting Andre Lima
March 23, 2024 – UFC Vegas 89
Igor Severino's UFC career was over before it really began. In his debut at UFC Vegas 89, Severino bit his opponent Andre Lima. The match was immediately stopped and Severino was disqualified. But that wasn't the end.
UFC CEO Dana White also fired Severino from the promotion, saying, “Those were two up-and-coming, undefeated fighters.” If you get frustrated and want to get out of a fight, there are many ways to do it, but the worst thing you can do is bite your opponent. Tragic injuries happen all the time in MMA, but this one is beyond insane. During the ACA Welterweight Grand Prix in Russia, fans witnessed an all-out battle between Edir Esenglov and Vinicius Cruz. But everything changed in the fourth round when Esenglov's elbow burst Cruz's ear and sent blood spilling onto the cage. Unfortunately, the ear we left alone dangled from his head, so the referee stopped the match and awarded the victory to Esenglov.

Before Paddy Pimblett was a star in the UFC, he was a star in Cage Warriors. After Pimblett defeated Julian Erosa at Cage Warriors: Unplugged 1, he was being interviewed about his win.
